About Me
Hello, I'm Megan. I began my journey in Pennsylvania public schools, where I spent over a decade as a teacher, reading specialist, and instructional coach. Since then, I've guided structured literacy implementation across five states, developing coaching and implementation frameworks to build sustainability.
Today, my work centers on translational research, specifically accelerated word learning, improved instructional design, and integrating artificial intelligence tools.
